Product Description

High density oxidized polyethylene wax OA-316 is a polymer with a large number of polar groups. It is a efflcient internal and external lubricant,little amount of addition can promote plasticization, improves the stabillty of profile dimensions, improves the performance of wood-plastic composite materials and increases productivity. The retention material will not cause decomposition during the plasticization process, and the thermal weight loss ratio is less. OA-316 has a high melting point and can maintain stability under high temperature processing conditions. This is also important for the processing of transparent products.

OPE WAX OA-316 plays a good role in Plasticizing, Mold Release, Improve product qualification rate, Increase extrusion torque ,Increase productivity,Slip and anti-sticking.

Oxidized Polyethylene wax OA-316 can be widely applied to PVC products(foam board, pipe, fitting, sheet,film etc.), PVC stabilizer,Masterbatch,Transparent products and so on.
